We ship our candles worldwide.

We aim to send all orders out within 1-2 working days of purchase subject to availability. In times of high demand, this time may increase.

Large orders placed online, may be subject to additional shipping costs due to the large size and weight of METRE Candles. Please email orders@metrecandles.com with any queries before you order online. Alternatively, one of the team may be in touch after you have ordered online.

METRE Candles does not accept responsibility for shipping delays once it leaves us.

 

UK Orders

Standard UK delivery 2-4 Business days.

 

International Orders INSIDE EU

Standard International delivery 5-15 business days.

 

International Orders OUTSIDE EU

Standard International delivery 7-20 business days.

 

METRE Candles are not responsible for local duties and taxes on international orders. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge responsibility for any and all additional costs incurred.

 

Large international orders placed online, may be subject to additional shipping costs, at our discretion as per the above. We advise that if you are placing a larger international order, that you email orders@metrecandles.com with your requirements.
